For over 13 years now I have been teaching piano with the greatest love and devotion. During my student days I developed an interest in teaching music and started teaching children and young people. Over the years, my practice has grown and I have enjoyed watching my students grow and develop their love for music, from beginner to conservatory admission level.

My teaching method is based on my classical "Russian piano school" background, but I have adapted it to the modern way of teaching and the needs of my students. Although the focus is on classical music, different styles are also offered to keep the lessons interesting and varied.

Teaching methods and materials are chosen in keeping with the student’s age and abilities. I set great store on developing musicality in my students at any level, and technique is indispensable in this. My main goals in teaching are to develop my students’ talents and nurture their love for music, piano and arts. I also encourage them to perform whenever they have a chance.

For those who are interested I prepare children for ABRSM exams at the BSN and Trinity at ISH (all grades).
